The location of the hotel is far from Dal lake and Lal Chowk, but it is just 8 to 10 minutes drive so if you have hired a taxi there is no need to stay in hotels near dal lake, which is anyways a crowded area. It is a very good hotel, the room offered to me was very spacious and very well maintained i would rate the hotel above 3 star hotel, the staff is really very courteous, the rooms and the lobby area are very well maintained. The rates are much less than the hotels at Dal Lake with much better amenities.

Excellent ambience, with a very pleasant and helpful staff. Location is ideal and the rooms are comfortable. The stay was nice and will definitely make use of the property again.
